Cute how the layout is almost just like the button. hehe It's blue, white, and squarish! hehe The layout is pretty nice as it is quite simple, but you very well know it's a crafts blog with some assorted products for sale.

She also advertises to feature a seller everyday from ETSY or ARTFIRE, nice places. If you want free advertising then you can go ahead and leave a comment at her cool blog.

Yashiro Contest Entry - My Thoughts, My Heart, My Turf

I think what I like most about this blog is the usefulness of the thoughts she shares about real life situations. Simple suggestions, like what products to use and where to have something fixed, can really help an average consumer like me. I can safely say that even snippets of another person’s experiences can help you make a task easier to do, or even save your life.

Like, I’ve never had the experience of someone point a knife at me, but now I guess I would have the presence of mind to call attention if I can. There is a risk though, maybe if you startle the thief too much he’s just stab you, every part is a risk, which is why you have to be prepared of what you should do before it happens. I also learned that it is good to find a boyfriend that is a martial arts expert, good for her! I hope there would be others around. LOL

It would seem that this blogger is into a lot of traffic generating sites. I’m not sure if all of them are good, but I use a few of them myself. I actually like learning on how to make more traffic and gain readership from other sites.

Yashiro Contest Entry - One Day at a Time Blog Review

I think what I like about "One Day at a Time" is that it is a blog that tackles just about anything that you experience on a regular basis like food, photos, movies, blogging, and sometimes just anything out of the blue and in this way she is spontaneous :) I'm also into a lot of fun stuff, and I think we have quite a few in common regarding this. Check out her about page to learn more about this fun gal.

It's also a plus that she is a user of Entrecard and Top Commentator so people can also gain more exposure from visiting her blog. This is a good way to get regular people in your blog from dropping and commenting.

I think these are just some of the few reasons why she has a bunch of Blog Awards which credits her nice blog and her being a nice friend.

The layout is pretty simple which I particularly like. There are a lot of widgets though, and maybe a widget or two can be removed to improve loading speed, as it is not a calculated into Page Rank. I'm not an expert on this, but basically I try to remove any widget that I don't really need. (But I have a few guilty pleasures! hehe)
